Back Exercise to Tone Back Muscles

This is known as the peel back - start by lying face downwards. Hold the band stiffly over the middle of your upper back, with a handle in each hand. Then, extend arms to side in a "T" position. With hands on floor, arms extended, lift head, neck and shoulders off the floor. Slowly lower upper body to floor. Repeat 12 times.
